Cancellation Guidelines

  

1. 15-day notice require to cancel any monthly term rental, and to receive any refund due.
2. Monthly reservations allowed 36 hours after reserving . Cancellation fee 50% Deposit Fee.
3. If cancelling Reservations, the same day to arrival no refund.
4.  Please note that we give full refunds, minus any processing fees, if more than 3 days notice is given. If less than that, we offer no refunds. 
5. If moving your RV Trailer out for any reason please notify management of departure, otherwise the site will be forfeited, and rented to the next available occupant.
